Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had a very unique and stylish layout with industrial steel doors, making it stand out. The service was fantastic, with incredibly accommodating and friendly staff. The location was ideal, being close to the Viaduct and downtown shopping. The dining experience was great, although the breakfast menu was a bit limited. The facilities were top-notch, offering everything needed for a comfortable stay.
Upon arrival, I found the hotel to be a mixed experience. The rooms were very noisy after checking in, and the view out the window overlooked the indoor restaurant, which wasn't ideal. However, the service from the hotel guest staff was exceptional, as they really went above and beyond to help us with our luggage, a true standout in my New Zealand travels so far. The location was near the city center, just a 5-minute walk away, making it very convenient for exploring. The dining experience was not as traditional as I would have liked, but the Thai dishes were exceptional and the entire place had a great vibe due to being fairly new. Despite some drawbacks, the hotel did offer some unique and positive experiences.
The hotel had spacious rooms, although my room wasn't ready until 1 hour late. The service was top-notch, especially when we had to cut short our stay due to a medical appointment. The location was perfect for exploring the Viaduct area and enjoying the America's Cup yachting. Dining options were fabulous, with a Turkish theme on some items. The hotel facilities were excellent, adding to the overall comfort of our stay.
The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, offering lovely, classy rooms that are a bit smaller in reality than the pictures suggest, but still provide a unique experience. The service is top-notch, with incredibly friendly and helpful staff making my stay truly enjoyable. The location is central and convenient, close to the CBD and surrounded by great eateries and shopping areas. The dining options are fantastic, especially the delightful hotel breakfast. However, the price might be a bit high for some travelers, but the overall experience is worth it.
The hotel has well-appointed rooms with great in-room facilities. Unfortunately, there is no bath, which is a luxury we enjoy on trips. The rooms appear smaller than in photos and have an industrial feel rather than a cozy one.
The hotel is perfectly located in the Viaduct area, offering easy access to great restaurants and cafes. The rooms, while comfortable, had a peculiar lighting setup that could be a bit challenging at night. The service was top-notch, especially at the rooftop bar, although there were slight inconveniences during check-out. The dining options, although somewhat limited, provided a pleasant experience overall. The facilities were well-maintained, offering a cozy ambiance for guests.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic overall. The rooms were incredibly spacious, well-appointed, and comfortable. However, they could have been better lit and ready for check-in upon our arrival. The service was top-notch, with the staff always going above and beyond to assist and make our stay enjoyable. The location was ideal, just a short walk away from lively pubs, cafes, and the beautiful Viaduct Harbour. The dining experience was a mix of great meals and some subpar offerings. The facilities were well-maintained, offering a pleasant experience.
I loved my stay at the hotel! The rooms had a modern vibe with eclectic decor and a nice bathroom. The location was perfect for exploring the viaduct area. The staff was welcoming and friendly, making my experience enjoyable. However, the room wasn't ready when I arrived, and housekeeping missed servicing it in the afternoon.
The hotel had a fantastic location on the Viaduct, making it easy to walk to the waterfront and CBD. The service was amazing, with accommodating and super friendly staff. The dining experience was fantastic, although the breakfast was not as traditional as expected. Overall, a great value for the price with excellent facilities.
